UPDATE!

Our new build, The 'OM' Home, is coming right along. We passed our NOAH (National Organization of Alternative Housing) inspection on framing, rough plumbing and electrical last week, now we're on to insulation, vapor barrier and roof underlayment (dry-in). This 28' home will have 3 sleeping areas. A private downstairs bedroom with built-ins for storage and big enough for a queen bed, and two semi-private sleeping lofts. The bathroom will include a washer/dryer combo unit, round corner shower, 42" vanity, wall cabinets for plenty of storage and either a flush toilet or composting toilet. The kitchen is a long bar type against the wall, with a built in salon/table. This one will go for $115K.
